About me
Clients can expect to develop a deeper understanding of the symptoms they are experiencing—what they mean, why they occur, and how they affect daily life. I provide practical, evidence-based coping skills tailored to each individual’s needs, helping to ease distress and build lasting emotional resilience.
As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 10 years of experience in the mental health field, I have supported a wide range of clients, from adolescents to seniors, across diverse backgrounds. She is deeply committed to walking alongside individuals on their journeys toward healing and personal growth. Throughout my career, I have worked in both outpatient and inpatient settings, providing individual, group, and family therapy with compassion and respect for each person’s unique needs.
I help clients gain clarity about what they are currently experiencing and what they have been through in the past, while building effective coping skills to support their healing. My focus is on helping individuals move beyond trauma, discover their inner strength, and develop confidence in who they are.
