About me

I truly believe that everyone has the capacity to create meaningful change in their life. My goal is to empower you to discover your strengths and use them to overcome obstacles, find balance, and move forward with confidence. Compassion and understanding are at the heart of my work, and I consider it a privilege to learn from my clients’ stories while helping them navigate their own paths toward growth and well-being.

Hi, I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in both Pennsylvania and Maine, and I’ve been helping clients navigate life’s challenges for nearly 20 years. Over the course of my career, I’ve had the privilege of working with people from all walks of life, supporting them through depression, anxiety, stress, aging-related concerns, and major life transitions. I’ve also worked as a hospice social worker and have led grief and loss support groups—experiences that have deepened my understanding of resilience and healing.

My counseling style is compassionate, warm, and collaborative. I believe in treating every person with respect and creating a space where you feel comfortable being yourself. In our sessions, you’ll set the pace and focus while I offer guidance, feedback, and new ways of thinking to help you move toward your goals. I draw from a variety of approaches, including cognitive behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and problem-solving strategies, to tailor our work to your unique needs.
