About me

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker–Certified (LCSW‑C) with several years of experience supporting children, adolescents, and adults as they navigate trauma, emotional pain, mental health struggles and life’s challenges.

I offer individual, family, group, and couples therapy. I have extensive experience providing care within Intensive Outpatient (IOP) and Partial Hospitalization (PHP) programs and trauma healing groups. My work is rooted in trauma‑informed, evidence‑based therapy and thoughtfully tailored to each client’s unique story. I am certified in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT-C), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR-C). I am also a certified Somatic Therapy Foundations Practitioner (CSTFP) and provide Psychedelic - Assisted Psychotherapy. I have advanced training and extensive experience in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), and Internal Family Systems (IFS). I use a holistic approach to healing that involves both mind and body. I am a certified fitness trainer and yoga instructor with over several years of experience conducting online and in person fitness training for beginning to intermediate yoga instruction for adults and teens. Beyond traditional psychotherapy, I integrate somatic practices, movement, and trauma‑sensitive yoga into therapy when appropriate. My goal is to help you build practical tools, strengthen self‑understanding, and feel empowered in your healing journey—mind, body, and spirit. For people who are seeking faith-based support, I offer a faith‑integrated approach that honors spirituality as an important part of healing. I approach faith with sensitivity, respect, and humility—allowing your beliefs, values, and relationship with God to be gently woven into therapy at a pace that feels safe and supportive. Faith is never imposed, but welcomed as a source of meaning, resilience, and hope when it is meaningful to you.
