About me

I am an experienced clinician dedicated to delivering individualized, evidence-based therapy for adults, teens, families, and couples.

My ideal clients are adults, teens, couples or families navigating the complexities of a life challenged by anxiety, OCD, or the unique hurdles of neurodivergence (giftedness/ASD/ADHD). They might feel a disconnect between external achievements and success and internal peace and satisfaction, and would benefit from a collaborative professional invested in finding the root cause of their distress. They want to stop feeling like their own minds or communication patterns are obstacles to happiness. Their goals might include gaining mastery over emotions, living authentically, finding stability, and enjoying interpersonal effectiveness and connection.

By integrating neuro-psychology, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), and mindfulness, my eclectic approach moves beyond just talking to provide a brain-based toolkit for change. We’ll work to untangle misguided survival patterns, building the emotional regulation and resilience needed to thrive. We’ll target the root cause of symptoms and build real-world skills for emotional regulation and interpersonal success.

Starting therapy is a brave step, especially when your mind feels like it's working against you, but you don’t have to continue navigating your struggles alone. If you’re ready to move from surviving to thriving through a holistic and collaborative, neurologically-informed approach, I hope you'll reach out and begin your journey to health and happiness.
