About me
I am a bilingual (Spanish/English) Licensed Master Social Worker with 12 years of experience helping children and families manage mental health and substance use/abuse diagnosis. I help clients heal from trauma, anxiety, depression, and anger.
I help adults work through trauma, anxiety, depression, ADHD, and substance use in a compassionate, practical, and culturally responsive way. My approach is tailored to each person’s needs, using proven methods such as EMDR for trauma, CBT for anxiety, depression, and ADHD, Motivational Interviewing and SBIRT for alcohol and drug use, and attachment-based work for relationship challenges. DBT for Bipolar, mood and manic depression.
As one of the few Spanish-speaking therapists in my area, I’m committed to making therapy feel accessible, supportive, and empowering. I am also trained in EMDR and am a Psychedelic-Assisted trained therapist (Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy) integrating a variety of therapeutic approaches to help clients heal at a deeper level—not just manage symptoms.
I am licensed in Maryland, where I provide virtual therapy, and in Texas, where I offer both online and in-person sessions in West Lake Hills, Austin. I'm also licensed in Colorado and do telehealth/video. Outside of work, I enjoy hiking, exercising, and spending time with my family and dogs.
