About me

I am an associate professional counselor with experience in addiction and trauma.

As a Mental Health Therapist, I work with adults navigating stress, trauma, substance use, and the broader challenges that can impact emotional well-being. Whether you are facing anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship strain, or the lingering effects of difficult experiences, therapy can provide a structured space to regain clarity and stability.

I am a National Certified Counselor (NCC) and a Certified Advanced Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CAADC), with advanced training in treating co-occurring disorders, PTSD, and addiction. My background allows me to support clients dealing with both everyday stressors and more complex clinical concerns, always with a trauma-informed and practical approach.

My clinical experience spans inpatient treatment, detoxification, Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP), and residential rehabilitation, giving me a comprehensive understanding of the recovery process—from crisis stabilization to long-term relapse prevention and trauma processing.

I take a direct, trauma-informed, and collaborative approach to therapy. You won’t be judged, lectured, or pressured. Instead, we will work together to understand what’s been weighing on you, identify patterns that are no longer serving you, and build practical skills that help you regain stability and control.

Seeking support is not a sign of weakness; it reflects strength, self-awareness, and readiness for change. Whether you are navigating early recovery, managing operational stress injuries, or working through unresolved trauma, you do not have to carry it alone.

If you’re considering therapy, I encourage you to take the next step and schedule a consultation. A brief conversation can help you determine whether we’re a good fit and give you clarity about what moving forward might look like. When you’re ready, I’m here.
