About me
I specialize in supporting individuals who struggle with imposter syndrome, people-pleasing, perfectionism, and the fear of showing up as their authentic selves. Many of my clients feel caught between who they truly are and who they believe they “should” be, leaving them anxious, disconnected, and uncertain about their path.
I believe healing happens when we honor the connection between mind, body, and soul. By integrating traditional therapeutic approaches with complementary and holistic modalities, I help clients explore their inner world, build self-trust, and move through personal growth—including for those who are navigating spiritual identity or intuitive awakening.
If you’re ready to release old patterns, quiet self-doubt, and step into a more grounded and aligned version of yourself, I’m here to support and empower you every step of the way.
At my core, I’m a therapist who helps you remember who you are beneath the self-doubt, survival patterns, and old stories you had to carry to get through life. My work blends clinical expertise with intuitive understanding, honoring both the psychological and the deeply human parts of your healing. I believe that therapy is not just about reducing symptoms—it’s about reconnecting with the truth of who you are, strengthening your inner voice, and creating a life that feels aligned, grounded, and meaningful.
Many of the clients I support are people who have spent years being “the strong one,” “the responsible one,” or “the one everyone depends on,” yet inside feel overwhelmed, unseen, or disconnected from themselves. You may find yourself entering new chapters—adulthood, parenthood, career shifts, relationship changes, spiritual transitions—or trying to break cycles you’ve witnessed or lived through for years. You may be working hard to let go of people-pleasing, perfectionism, masking, emotional suppression, or the belief that you must carry everything alone. If this resonates, you’re in the right place.
My therapeutic style is relational, integrative, and holistic. I meet you exactly where you are, without judgment, pressure, or expectation. Together, we explore the layers of your story—your emotions, beliefs, relational patterns, nervous system responses, cultural identity, spiritual experiences, and the younger parts of you that still need attention. I hold space for the human complexity we all carry and help you engage it with compassion, curiosity, and clarity.
My Clinical Approach & Modalities
I use a blend of evidence-based and holistic modalities that support whole-person healing:
Internal Family Systems (IFS) for understanding and unburdening protective parts and reconnecting with the inner child
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) for reframing beliefs and creating healthier thought patterns
Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) for building psychological flexibility and values-aligned living
Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) skills for emotion regulation, distress tolerance, and interpersonal boundaries
Psychodynamic therapy to explore unconscious patterns, attachment, and early relational wounds
Solution-Focused Therapy (SFBT) for clarity, strengths-building, and forward movement
Somatic and body-based modalities to support nervous system balance and embodied emotional processing
Polyvagal-informed therapy to build safety, grounding, and internal regulation
Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) for anxious thoughts, rumination, and nervous system calming
Strengths-Based and empowerment frameworks for supporting autonomy, confidence, and identity
Narrative Therapy to help you rewrite stories that no longer reflect who you are becoming
Therapy with me is gentle but honest, grounding but expansive, clinically sound yet deeply human.
Holistic & Integrative Approaches (Available for clients who desire them)
For clients who resonate with spirituality, intuition, ancestry, or energy work, I offer space to explore these without judgment or pressure. My holistic background includes:
Culturally affirming and ancestral exploration for clients navigating identity, lineage, and generational patterns
Intuitive insight and reflective practices to deepen self-awareness
Mind-body-spirit integration for clients who want a deeper connection to their inner wisdom
Breathwork, grounding, and somatic visualization to support calm, clarity, and emotional release
Psycho-spiritual exploration for clients navigating spiritual shifts or awakenings
These approaches are always optional and always client-led. You never have to be “spiritual” to work with me. I meet every client in a way that honors their beliefs, culture, history, and values.
Who I Work With
I specialize in supporting:
Individuals navigating anxiety, emotional overwhelm, and chronic self-doubt
Young adults and adults experiencing life transitions or identity exploration
Those healing from childhood emotional wounds or attachment ruptures
High-achieving women of color who feel pressure to perform or “hold it all together”
Clients breaking generational cycles or healing family-of-origin stress
Individuals exploring authenticity, boundaries, and self-worth
Those seeking to integrate spirituality with emotional and mental wellness
Whether you are unraveling long-held patterns, healing childhood wounds, rebuilding confidence, or stepping into a new version of yourself, therapy can be a powerful space of transformation.
My Philosophy
Healing is not linear and it’s not about fixing what’s “wrong” with you. It’s about rediscovering what’s true about you.
You don’t need to prove your worthiness.
You don’t need to earn your healing.
You don’t need to be perfect to begin.
You simply need a space where all parts of you—your fears, hopes, grief, strengths, and questions—are welcome.
In our work together, you’ll learn to regulate your nervous system, challenge old beliefs, befriend your inner protector parts, and reconnect with the parts of yourself you’ve been taught to quiet. You’ll build confidence, clarity, self-trust, and the ability to show up authentically in your life and relationships.
What You Can Expect in Therapy
Clients often leave sessions with:
A deeper understanding of themselves
Tools for emotional regulation and grounding
Clarity around patterns, triggers, and relational dynamics
Practical skills for communication and boundaries
A renewed sense of identity and self-compassion
A stronger connection to their intuition, values, and purpose
Therapy with me is a collaborative process. You are the expert of your life; my role is to hold the map, shine the light on the terrain, and walk beside you as you navigate toward what feels true and aligned.
Final Invitation
Healing is not about becoming someone new—it’s about coming home to who you’ve always been.
If you’re ready to reconnect with yourself, deepen your self-worth, and create a life guided by clarity and authenticity, I would be honored to support you on that journey.
