I am a Licensed Social Worker with nearly 23 years of experience in the mental health field, committed to helping children, adolescents, and adults navigate life’s challenges with compassion and evidence-based care. I studied at Penn State for 3 years and then transferred closer to home after my father passed away. I then earned my Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from California University of PA and my Master of Social Work from Penn West California.

My career began as a TSS, MT, and BSC, working in homes and communities with children before transitioning to outpatient therapy, where I have practiced for over 10 years. For the past three years, I have been in private practice at Norwin Counseling and Wellness, located at 1714 Lincoln Way, White Oak, PA 15131.

I have extensive experience supporting clients with ADHD/ADD, Autism, depression, anxiety, trauma, narcissistic abuse, relationship challenges, grief and bereavement, chronic pain, adjustment disorders, OCD, depersonalization/derealization (DPDR), mood disorders, personality disorders, sexuality concerns, anger management, sleep issues, and pre- and postpartum concerns.

I integrate several therapeutic approaches—including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)—to tailor treatment to each client’s unique needs.
