About me
Danelle German, MSW, LISW, LICDC, GAMBP. Hey there! I am a Licensed Independent Social Worker and Licensed Independent Chemical Dependency Counselor with a gambling endorsement. I hold a Master’s degree in Social Work and works with individuals of all ages, specializing in trauma (I AM EMDR trained), substance use, behavioral addictions, and co-occurring mental health concerns. I am very passionate about strengthening family systems, supporting healthy child development, and helping clients build stability and resilience through evidence-based, trauma-informed care and EMDR.
Beyond her clinical practice, I am deeply committed to community leadership and youth development. I serve as a Cheer Coach for a local youth athletic foundation, where i foster teamwork, confidence, and physical wellness in young athletes. Additionally, as a dedicated Girl Scout Leader, i mentor girls in building character and leadership skills, reflecting her professional dedication to supporting healthy child development and family systems.
I believe in the importance of personal wellness and continuous self-reflection to maintain clinical excellence. In my personal time, i enjoy journaling and reading, practices that mirror the mindfulness and introspection she encourages in her clients. Im also an avid traveler with a profound appreciation for global cultures, a passion that informs her culturally sensitive approach to therapy and my ability to connect with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
