About me
Hi, I’m Dana Wile (she/her). I’m a therapist dedicated to supporting teens, young adults, and adults through life’s messy, transformative moments. Whether you’re navigating stress, self-doubt, family dynamics, or big life transitions, I’m here to help you recognize your worth and build a life that feels truly yours.
My practice is rooted in creating a warmly affirming, inclusive connections where every part of your identity is honored. With an academic background in African American and Latino/a Studies and years of hands-on experience navigating school & social systems, I bring deep cultural humility, curiosity, and awareness to our work. I understand how culture, systemic pressure, and lived experiences shape how we move through the world, and I welcome all of who you are into the room.
I specialize in helping clients work through social anxiety, communication challenges, caregiver burnout, women's issues, and questions of identity and purpose.
My approach is simple: I meet you right where you are with authenticity, warmth, and real talk—no judgment, just support as we collaborate toward the clarity and connection you deserve.
