Dana Rivera, LCSW

Hi there, I am Dana Rivera (she/her) and I created Willow and Womb Wellness after nearly a decade of silently navigating fertility challenges, pregnancy loss, postpartum and identity shifts. This journey was deeply personal and, for a long time, private. Fear, grief, and the pressure to appear “okay” kept me silent. I often felt isolated in a world that seemed to effortlessly grow and thrive families while I quietly struggled. It wasn’t until I sought the support of my own therapist that I began to feel a shift - a realization that my professional calling was expanding to encompass a broader vision.

Willow and Womb Wellness was born not only from my experiences, but from a deep desire to support women and birthing people across the lifespan. My work is grounded in helping others navigate meaningful experiences—fertility journeys, pregnancy loss, postpartum changes, midlife transitions, and beyond—while also tending to the tender and often complex inner work that accompanies these seasons. I am passionate about holding space for the exploration of identity, the rediscovery of parts of ourselves that may have felt lost or hidden, and the ongoing process of reconnecting with who we are beneath the roles we inhabit. Together, we honor both the grief and beauty that can come with change, and the evolving journey of becoming—beyond expectations, beyond labels, and into deeper alignment with our truest selves.
