I am a clinically licensed social worker who works with children, adolescents, and adults and helps navigate mental health issues, life transitions, and traumatic events.
I work with children, adolescents, and adults, bringing specialized training in childhood trauma to my practice. I am dedicated to helping individuals of all ages navigate and process traumatic experiences and am trained in TF-CBT and EMDR. Due to my personal experiences, I am able to treat other mental health conditions- bipolar, depression, anxiety, and panic disorders with empathy in a compassionate and supportive environment.
My treatment approach is evidence-based, interactive, and collaborative, with a strong focus on empowering clients to reach their personal goals. I value cultural humility and recognize that each person’s journey is unique. I tailor therapy to meet your individual needs and pace, ensuring a personalized and respectful therapeutic experience.
