I am an experienced and effective Therapist specializing in working with men and men's mental health issues such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, work-life balance, substance use issues, anger, dissatisfaction, feeling stuck, life transitions, trauma, and more. I use principles from Solution-Focused Brief Therapy and others to facilitate change. I offer a free 10 minute consultation to see if there is a fit. I take most major insurance and I offer in-office, face-to-face counseling as well as online for your convenience.
