With over 13 years of providing quality professional mental health services to children, teenagers, adults, and families, I look forward to supporting clients that are seeking to thrive through life's challenges. It has been said that life is a beautiful struggle. Often, the struggle - whether it arises from life transitions, loss, everyday stressors, or lifelong challenges - overshadows the beauty of life. It is in these times I walk alongside my clients and provide the space and time for them to develop insight and skills, grieve losses, process stressors and challenges, and rediscover joy and hope.
My approach is to connect, collaborate, and help create. I provide a safe and compassionate environment to foster a secure, therapeutic connection with my clients. With this relationship as the foundation, my clients and I are able to effectively collaborate in pursuit of their goals. Ultimately, I help my clients create a new reality for their lives.
