About me
I am a licensed clinical psychologist in California and Nevada, that provides long-term and short-term therapy, as well as comprehensive psychological and neuropsychological evaluations.
I work with children, teens, and adults in therapy, helping manage current reactions to childhood and adult traumatic experiences. Within my practice I utilize a trauma-informed and culturally-informed approach to foster a space that will help us meet your treatment or evaluation goals. Through the use of evidence-based interventions, I support others in living a fulfilling life, whatever that means for them. Through empowerment and collaboration (and some humor), we will work together to explore maladaptive cognitions and behavioral patterns that may hinder you from being the best version of yourself.
I also provide comprehensive neuropsychological and psychological evaluations to assess for emotional, cognitive, academic, social, and executive functioning difficulties.
Deciding on a therapist can be a daunting and scary task, particularly when searching for someone you feel comfortable and safe with! A strong and trusting relationship is the key to quick and effective change! Please reach out for a free 15-minute consultation. I am available by phone call (858-592-0995 x106) and email.
