With over 10 years of experience in the mental health field, I am a bilingual counselor dedicated to helping clients achieve their full potential. My approach integrates evidence-based therapies, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), EMDR-informed interventions, Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), and existential approaches that foster self-awareness, purpose, and personal growth. As a Christian counseling practice, we also offer faith-based counseling for clients who desire spiritual integration as part of their healing journey.
