About me
I take a holistic approach to mental and emotional wellbeing, integrating traditional psychiatric care with alternative and energy-based therapies. My guiding question is: What disrupts your connection with yourself and the world around you?
Whether you’re facing depression, persistent anxiety, trauma, or simply feeling overwhelmed by life, we will work together to uncover the root cause of your disconnection. In our sessions, we consider the whole person—mind, body, and heart—and explore individualized pathways to healing.
My role is to support and empower you to create a life that feels vibrant, meaningful, and aligned. For some, that means regaining physical energy; for others, it’s building healthy relationships or rediscovering purpose in everyday life
I began my healthcare career in 1985 as a nurse in surgical intensive care, eventually becoming a nurse executive. Throughout this journey, my passion has always been enriching the lives of those within my care. I bring to our work not only clinical expertise, but also deep life experience and perspective.
