About me
My desire is to assist you in living your best life!
Hello! Many times, we can feel lost, overwhelmed, confused or frustrated. These feelings can be the source of insecurity, anger, anxiety, and depression. If you are looking for a better way to cope with these struggles, alleviate the pain, and make changes in your life--therapy is a good place to start. Trauma isn't always about flashbacks or anxiety; it can also manifest through intrusive symptoms, avoidance, changes in mood and cognition, and heightened arousal or reactivity. Life is often a struggle and can be challenging even at its best. Life should be enjoyed; we do not need to just survive.
My expertise includes helping manage and reduce anxiety, depression, and relationship challenges. I specialize in trauma, anger management, brain health, substance abuse, and integrative nutrition.
I offer different lengths of time per sessions depending on your needs, so you do not feel "rushed" through your session. Please feel free to call or email me with any questions you might have. There is no "one size fits all" type of support.
