About me
Cynthia helps Couples and Individuals who feel lonely and stuck in recurring conflict rebuild safety, stop chronic arguing, and restore connection using evidence‑based Integrative Relational Therapy, CBT and Gottman informed approaches. If you’re tired of repeating the same fights and feeling disconnected, you don’t have to figure this out alone. Therapy With Cynthia can help you start rebuilding safety, improve communication, and feel like partners again. Let’s work together to help your relationship feel more secure, connected, and hopeful.
Starting with a new therapist can feel a little weird, and that’s totally normal. I try to make things feel safe, warm from the start. I’ll ask honest questions, and give you tools you can start using right away. My goal is to help you feel calmer, more grounded, and more connected to yourself and the people you care about. You can expect honesty, support, and a space where you get to show up exactly as you are. We’ll move at your pace, tackle the hard stuff together, and celebrate the wins — even the small ones. Healing isn’t about being perfect; it’s about growing.
