About me
I am a psychologist with a passion for helping people heal from painful experiences and flourish in their lives. I have extensive experience in providing therapy to individuals struggling with symptoms of trauma, anxiety, and depression. I also have a deep understanding of the grieving process and how to help people cope with loss. My ultimate goal is to help my clients find hope and meaning in their lives so that they can thrive, not just survive.
I am a licensed clinical psychologist, I am credentialed as a Board Certified-TeleMental Health Provider (BC-TMH), and I have extensive training in anxiety, grief/loss, trauma, and complex trauma (CPTSD) treatment. I have a collaborative approach that is influenced primarily by Interpersonal Neurobiology, and I am trained in several modalities and I can tailor treatment to each individual’s specific needs. I believe that everyone, including you, can achieve satisfaction and fulfilment in life. I appreciate the courage it takes to pursue therapy, and I strive to create an environment that is safe, non-judgmental, and supportive.
