About me
I am a psychotherapist who works with teens and adults in all stages of life experiencing difficulties with relationships, family of origin, life transitions, self-esteem, vocation, and identity.
My therapeutic approach is to meet clients where they are and to work together to discover personal insights that lead to a more authentic and purposeful life. I engage clients with empathy, curiosity, and care throughout their journey of self-discovery, exploring conscious and unconscious emotions at their own pace. Drawing inspiration from numerous theories of psychology, I view psychotherapy as a journey of individuation seeking healing and wholeness. I am also pragmatic, and work to help clients find solutions to life’s problems that will ease psychological pain and suffering.
