About me
Blending clinical expertise and compassionate care to help individuals reclaim their strength and resilience.
For more than 27 years, I’ve dedicated my career to helping individuals navigate some of life’s most complex challenges. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Forensic Social Worker, I bring a deep understanding of trauma, resilience, and the human capacity to heal. My approach is compassionate, evidence-based, and client-centered—rooted in the belief that every person deserves to feel heard, valued, and supported on their journey toward wellness.
I currently work within a law enforcement agency, providing trauma-informed care, crisis intervention, officer wellness support, and peer-support training. In my private practice, I create a safe and nonjudgmental space where clients can explore their emotions, rebuild trust in themselves, and gain the tools they need to move forward with strength and clarity.
My therapeutic style blends Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), ACT, EFT, and other evidence-based modalities with warmth and real-world understanding. Whether you’re facing grief, trauma, relationship challenges, burnout, or major life transitions, I meet you where you are—and walk with you toward where you want to be.
Clients often describe me as down-to-earth, approachable, and deeply empathetic. I believe in the power of human connection, honest conversations, and sustainable change. If you’re ready to begin your healing journey, I’m here to support and guide you every step of the way.
