I am a therapist who is dedicated to helping individuals over the age of 11 to cope with struggles such as depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, and workplace injuries.
Hi! I am a first-generation Mexican-American therapist who has dreamed of being a therapist since I was a little 12-year old. I truly enjoy seeing my clients grow, succeed, and smile from recognizing their own progress.
If I am not working, you will find me walking my dog, hanging out with my two cats, or watching a scary movie with my wife (I got her into them). Some other hobbies I have are doing jigsaw puzzles, listening to music, or playing board games with my family.
