About me
I'm a therapist dedicated to supporting individuals through life's most challenging moments. I work with clients navigating depression, anxiety, panic attacks, stress, grief, and anger—helping you develop meaningful coping strategies and find your way forward.
My focus areas include communication difficulties, guilt and shame, forgiveness, young adult transitions, family dynamics, and substance use concerns. I also support those healing from domestic violence and working through family-of-origin issues.
I bring a trauma-informed perspective to my work, and honor the role spirituality plays in many clients' lives and healing journeys. My approach is eclectic, collaborative and compassionate, grounded in evidence-based practices of T-CBT and SFT that meet you where you are.
Whether you're facing a major life transition, processing difficult emotions, or working to rebuild relationships, I'm here to listen without judgment and walk alongside you with care and respect. I believe in your capacity for growth and healing, and I'm honored to support you on that journey.
