About me
You may be used to showing up for others, keeping things moving, and pushing through—even when anxiety, guilt, self-doubt, or emotional exhaustion are building underneath the surface.
I work with adult women who are ready to better understand themselves, strengthen their boundaries, quiet the constant overthinking, and stop repeating patterns that no longer feel healthy or aligned. You do not have to have everything figured out before starting therapy. You just need a willingness to slow down, get honest with yourself, and take one step at a time.
My counseling style is warm, practical, and collaborative. I draw from evidence-based approaches such as CBT, mindfulness-based strategies, self-compassion work, and values-based tools to help you identify what is keeping you stuck and build skills you can use outside of session.
In our work together, we may explore anxiety, perfectionism, people-pleasing, low self-esteem, relationship patterns, life transitions, guilt, boundaries, and the beliefs that make it hard to choose yourself without feeling selfish.
My hope is that therapy becomes a place where you feel supported, understood, and challenged in ways that help you grow. Change does not have to happen all at once. With the right support, small shifts can become meaningful progress.
