About me
I am a compassionate Licensed Mental Health Counselor dedicated to helping individuals navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges with clarity, balance, and confidence.
I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor providing a supportive, goal-oriented space where clients can feel comfortable exploring their thoughts, emotions, and life experiences. I work with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship concerns, and life transitions.
My approach is collaborative, culturally responsive, and focused on helping you develop practical coping strategies that can be applied in your daily life. I believe therapy should not only offer insight, but also real tools that help you feel more in control, build healthier patterns, and improve your overall well-being.
I have experience working with adolescents and adults in both school and clinical settings, which allows me to support a wide range of concerns—from emotional regulation and stress management to boundary-setting and relationship dynamics.
I strive to create a nonjudgmental environment where you feel heard, respected, and supported at your own pace. Whether you are starting therapy for the first time or returning to continue your growth, we will work together to identify your goals and move toward meaningful, lasting change.
I offer virtual sessions for flexibility and accessibility.
