About me
I am an experienced psychologist who serves individuals, families, couples and from adolescence through older years. I focus a great deal on mood issues but am willing to see a range of conditions. and have done so. . I work to support maximum functioning while noting issues that clients can work on for self-improvement.
I tend to use a blend of models including cognitive-behavioral strategies, but with a focus on human feelings and concerns as well. I can go back into history when needed and appropriate. I will encourage practice on skills as appropriate.
