About me
I specialize in trauma, anxiety, and depression, using EMDR, REBT, and mindfulness-based approaches. Therapy is tailored to your unique needs whether that means processing painful memories or building new coping skills. My role is to guide, support, and help you uncover your own strength and resilience.
My ideal clients are teens, young adults, and adults who feel weighed down by life’s challenges whether that’s lingering trauma, depression, or anxiety that seems impossible to escape. They’re often searching for a safe place to be real about what they’re going through and to find hope that things can be different. Some want relief from constant worry, others want to heal, and many just want to feel stronger, calmer, and more in control of their lives.
Reaching out for help can feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to do this alone. I believe healing happens best in a space built on trust, empathy, and collaboration. If you’re ready to take that first step toward healing and hope, I’d be honored to walk alongside you.
