About me
Reaching out for support can be one of the hardest and bravest steps you take. I believe therapy should be a place where you feel truly seen, heard, and accepted. My goal is to create a warm, welcoming space where children, teens, and adults can safely explore life's challenges, recognize their strengths, and find hope for the future.
As a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), I provide trauma-informed care tailored to each person's unique needs. I work with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, life changes, behavior concerns, relationship struggles, and other emotional or mental health challenges.
I use approaches that research has shown to be effective, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Person-Centered Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Solution-Focused Therapy. Most importantly, I believe therapy works best when it honors your story and meets you where you are.
I have a special passion for working with children, teens, and young adults as they navigate growth, healing, and life's transitions. Whether you're facing a difficult season or simply looking for support, you don't have to go through it alone.
I hope that therapy becomes a place where you feel safe to be yourself, gain confidence in your strengths, and create meaningful, lasting change. I look forward to walking alongside you as you move toward healing, growth, and hope.
