About me
Practical guidance using compassion, empathy, and humor.
Feeling stuck?
Whether it's in a relationship, at work, or within yourself, that feeling can be overwhelming. You want change, but it’s not always clear how to get there.
With over 25 years of experience as a therapist throughout Oregon, I work with individuals and couples primarily using Cognitive Behavioral approach (CBT) to identify patterns, challenge unhelpful thoughts, and take practical steps toward change. In addition, I have training in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and Motivational Interviewing (MI). I bring compassion, humor and real talk to keep the work grounded and approachable.
Our work can be short-term (6–8 weeks) or longer, depending on your goals. I offer a free 15min phone consultation and some evening appointments. Finally, I offer a sliding fee scale because I believe quality therapy should be accessible and affordable.
Together, we’ll uncover what you truly want, build understanding, acceptance, and create a path forward that actually works.
