About me
I’m a relational, experiential therapist licensed in Illinois and Wisconsin helping adults navigate anxiety, stress, life transitions, trauma, and relationship patterns while building deeper trust in themselves and more fulfilling connections with others.
From the outside, things may look fine even as you feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or deeply sad. Anxiety, burnout, grief, relationship struggles, trauma or past experiences may leave you feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck in patterns that no longer serve you. Perhaps you find yourself overthinking, questioning yourself, or carrying the weight of everyone else's needs while struggling to make space for your own. Many of the people I work with have spent years managing on their own, putting others first, or trying to make sense of experiences that continue to affect them. Despite appearing capable, they often feel exhausted.

I provide therapy that explores how past experiences shape your feelings, relationships, and ways of protecting yourself. As a Level 1 AEDP therapist, I help you slow down, work through painful relationship experiences and feel more connected to yourself and others. Together, we’ll go beneath the surface with warmth, honesty, and humor.
Starting therapy can feel like a big step. Many people come in carrying stress, questions about themselves, or things they have been holding alone for a long time. My goal is to offer a space that feels warm and human, where you can show up as you are and explore without judgment. Feel free to visit my website to book a free 15-minute consultation.
