About me
I am a compassionate therapist dedicated to creating a safe, welcoming space where clients feel heard, understood, and supported. I believe therapy is not one-size-fits-all, so I use an integrative, individualized approach that honors each client’s unique experiences, strengths, and goals. I have experience supporting clients with anxiety and stress, depression, family conflict, PTSD, grief and loss, and life transitions. My goal is to build a trusting therapeutic relationship while helping clients develop greater self-awareness, resilience, and practical tools to navigate life’s challenges and support lasting emotional well-being.
Choosing to begin therapy is a meaningful step, and my goal is to provide a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered. I work with children, adolescents, and young adults who may be navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, family conflict, trauma, grief, or other emotional challenges. I believe that therapy is not a one-size-fits-all process. Every individual brings unique experiences, strengths, and goals, and I take an integrative, collaborative approach to treatment that is tailored to each client's specific needs.
My clinical experience includes working with individuals and families experiencing anxiety and stress, depression, family conflict, post-traumatic stress, grief and loss, and difficulties with emotional regulation. I value building strong therapeutic relationships grounded in trust, empathy, authenticity, and respect.
Whether you are seeking support for yourself or your child, I am committed to helping clients build resilience, increase self-awareness, strengthen relationships, and develop the tools needed to navigate life's challenges with greater confidence and emotional well-being. I look forward to walking alongside you on your journey toward healing and growth.
