About me

Therapy for those feeling stretched too thin—find calm, confidence, and connection again.

I believe therapy works best when it feels like a genuine, human connection. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in curiosity—I meet you where you are and help you move toward where you want to be. Together, we’ll explore what’s been feeling heavy, identify patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and build tools to navigate life’s challenges with more ease and self-understanding.

I often work with parents, caregivers, and individuals experiencing burnout, anxiety, or a loss of balance in their lives. Many of my clients describe feeling stretched thin, disconnected from themselves, or unsure how to meet their own needs while caring for others. My goal is to help you slow down, reconnect with what matters most, and create more space for self-compassion and presence.

My therapeutic style draws from mindfulness, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), somatic approaches, and attachment-based work. We might focus on noticing what your body is communicating, developing emotional awareness, or exploring parts of yourself that need care and attention. I believe in practical, realistic steps toward growth—therapy should fit into your life, not add more pressure.

Clients often tell me they feel comfortable, seen, and supported in our work together. I bring warmth, honesty, and even humor into sessions, creating a space where you can explore your inner world without judgment. My hope is that through our work, you’ll not only feel relief but also develop a deeper sense of confidence, clarity, and connection—with yourself and those around you.
