I am committed to creating a safe space for my clients to explore their feelings and experiences. With a non-judgmental approach, I strive to provide an environment where clients feel comfortable expressing their hurts and fears, as well as empowered to hope for better days ahead. With over 15 years of experience working in mental health, I am here to help you with a variety of issues such as anxiety, depression, relational issues, and more. Please note, I am physically located in Florida but am also licensed to see clients in Maine via telehealth.
My therapeutic approach is eclectic, which means I draw on a variety of techniques and theories to tailor my approach to the unique needs of each individual. Whether it's addressing negative thinking patterns or behaviors, digging into deeper hurts, or teaching self-regulation skills, I hope to find the most effective ways to help you find relief and hope.
