About me
I have experience with Trauma, Anxiety, Depression, behavior and mood disorders, and relationship dysfunctions. I am dedicated to helping individuals, families, and couples overcome life's challenges that can be difficult to navigate.
While we cannot change our past, I believe God has given us the incredible opportunity to re-author our story in this beautiful thing called life. As a therapist, I aspire to inspire my clients in helping them overcome these obstacles that have held them captive for so long, whether that is anxiety, depression, trauma, or any other mental health struggle. I consider it an honor to work with people and show them that they are important, wanted, valued, worthy, and loved. I create a safe and non-judgmental space for my clients.
*Therapist is under Associate Licensure. Supervisor is Alicia Owens, LMFT

I am also a Certified Trauma Professional (CTP), Certified Telemental Health Provider Associate (CTMH-A), QPR Certified, and Certified in Prepare Enrich Pre-marital Counseling.
