About me
You don’t have to have everything figured out before coming to therapy. Maybe you’re overwhelmed, anxious, stuck in your own head, struggling in your relationships, navigating a major life change, or simply exhausted from being the person who holds everything together. Whatever brought you here, you deserve a space where you can be honest, feel understood, and not have to pretend you’re okay.
I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor who works with adolescents and adults navigating anxiety, ADHD, trauma, depression, relationship challenges, divorce, grief, life transitions, self-esteem, and the general overwhelm that comes with being human.
My approach is warm, down-to-earth, trauma-informed, and collaborative. I’m not the kind of therapist who will simply nod and ask, “How does that make you feel?” for 45 minutes. We’ll talk about what’s happening, understand where it comes from, and develop practical tools to help you create meaningful change. I believe therapy can include hard conversations, humor, vulnerability, accountability, and even a little swearing when necessary.
Above all, I want you to feel like you can show up exactly as you are. You don’t need the perfect words or a perfectly organized story. We’ll figure it out together.
If you’re ready to feel a little less overwhelmed, understand yourself a little better, and start building a life that actually feels good to live, I’d be honored to work alongside you.
