About me
I’m a licensed therapist, yoga instructor, herbalist, and wellness coach. I am passionate about the body, mind, and spirit’s ability to heal and weave trauma, trials, and loss into a tapestry of depth, joy, and vitality. I have been boundlessly blessed to witness clients heal from years of chronic pain, debilitating anxiety, trauma, and grief, and become full creative agents of their lives.
Over the years, I’ve seen the power of integrating evidence-based modalities like Brainspotting, CBT, DBT, Pain Reprocessing, and Mindfulness with somatic practices that help clients reconnect to their bodies and inner resilience.
I am passionate about supporting individuals on their journey to wholeness. With over two decades of experience in healing modalities, I firmly believe in the innate ability of each person to heal their body, mind, heart, and spirit, empowering them to lead fulfilling and beautiful lives. I weave therapy, wellness coaching, and embodied mindfulness into sessions with clients, enabling them to heal their nervous systems, create balance, and invite their boldest, most joyful selves forward.
My approach seamlessly integrates coaching and therapy, allowing ample time and space for clients to process while holding a clear vision of healing. While drawing from a diverse range of techniques and theories, my practice is deeply grounded in person-centered therapy, placing unwavering trust in the client's wisdom as the authority on their own experiences and path. I foster a serene and grounded presence, recognizing that finding the courage to process through challenging emotions and experiences hinges on feeling anchored and supported.
Individual Therapy
I love working with adolescents and adults who are looking to heal, to weave, and become whole. I specialize in chronic pain, anxiety, OCD, life transitions, and trauma, utilizing a variety of modalities depending on the unique needs of my clients. I believe that all bodies and minds have an enduring capacity to heal and that each of us can create lives that are full of love, joy, and vitality. We came here to thrive, but life events such as trauma, grief, transitions, injury, and disappointment can become a block that requires attention, courage, and support to move beyond. When we allow ourselves the space to heal and integrate, the events that have caused our suffering can become our biggest strength and the impetus to our deeper path of self-knowing.
Family Therapy
I approach families through a systems lens, recognizing that the well-being of the whole depends on the well-being of each individual within it. My work often blends individual therapy with whole-family sessions, allowing each member to explore their own triggers, stress, anxiety, and regulation skills. Together, we then integrate new parenting tools to foster a more connected, joyful home environment where everyone can thrive.
Childhood anxiety is increasingly common, showing up in many different ways—tantrums, obsessive behaviors, withdrawal, struggles at school, or even risky choices. The encouraging news is that children can learn strategies to reduce anxiety, and parents can develop responses that nurture confidence while easing anxious and compulsive tendencies. My family work typically includes a combination of individual sessions, parent-focused sessions, and whole-family sessions to support both personal growth and family harmony.
