About me
I am an experienced Licensed Mental Health Counselor who is dedicated towards helping children, adults and teenagers develop healthy coping skills towards managing everyday stressors, depression or anxiety.
As a mental healthcare therapist, I work with teens, adolescents, and adults to navigate the challenges of stress, anxiety, and trauma. This is not just a job for me—it’s something I truly love to do. I’m a compassionate, understanding person who values authenticity and connection. My goal is to create a supportive, non-judgmental space where you feel comfortable being yourself.
We’ll work on building skills to manage intense emotions, improve communication, and handle life’s challenges more effectively. I take a collaborative approach, helping you uncover what motivates you so you can move towards your goals in a way that feels natural for you.
Stress and anxiety are a part of life but they do not have to hold you back. My goal is to help you develop personalize tools to manage them, empowering you to feel confident and capable to navigate whatever comes your way.
