Hi, my name is Corine. I am a Clinical Social Worker and Therapist. My work with clients is goal oriented, person centered and strengths based. I help clients focus on empowering themselves to make informed decisions for their mental health and overall well being. I start where the client is and validate where they are coming from. I help clients identify their strengths, thinking patterns, and coping skills. My background is in severe mental health and substance abuse. I have a specialty in trauma-informed and cognitive behavioral treatments. Mindfulness and Reiki energy healing can also be intertwined into client healing journeys. During your sessions, a safe space is created for you to express yourself without judgement. We will work on treatment and coping plans specific to your goals and needs.
