I have over 12 years of experience in mental health working with folks across the spectrum of healing and mental health concerns including anxiety, depression, substance use, grief, and legal involvement. I specialize in working with clients healing from traumatic experiences, eating, exercise, and body image distress and related disorders, substance use and relational concerns and distress. Additionally, I supervise a small team of Associate MFT's in private practice.
