About me
I believe everyone can benefit from therapy, especially in today's world. I believe that you are the expert of your story and that you have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming things that challenge you.
I specialize in working with children and families. I do have experience with adolescents and adults as well. I address a wide range of issues such as managing depression, anxiety, grief, emotional-regulation, stress reduction, work-life balance, mindfulness, gratitude, and ADHD.
I graduated from Oakland University with a bachelor's in social work, and from MSU with a master's in clinical social work. I am here to guide and help you to heal in a non-judgmental, open, and positive safe space.
It would be a privilege to walk with you on your journey. Taking the first step to sign up for therapy can take courage and I am proud of you for getting started!
