About me
Experienced mental health counselor who works collaboratively with clients towards healing and growth with humor and hope.
I am a believer in the power of therapy for everyone. We all need a safe place to vent, feel validated in our experiences and be able to process the difficult parts of life. Humor and hope are two key elements of my work with clients. I have been working as a counselor for over 8 years and have found that through humor, collaboration and understanding- we can make incredible leaps towards healing and becoming our best selves. I look forward to guiding you along this journey.
I first became an addiction counselor in 2017 and supported those struggling with substance use concerns, implementing a harm-reduction approach. I have since focused on working with adolescents and adults with depression, anxiety and trauma to reduce symptoms, find purpose and healing. I implement evidence-based treatments such as CBT, DBT, MI and TF-CBT.
I look forward to meeting with you and beginning to work together to support your goals and provide space to process life's small and large hurdles, as well as being able to celebrate the wins. Please feel free to reach out or visit my website at Northwestrestorativecounseling.com.
