About me
I am an experienced licensed mental health counselor dedicated to assisting people of all ages cope with anxiety, depression and trauma as well as assist individuals in the LGBTQIA community transition and live their most authentic self.
I have been licensed in Washington state as a therapist since 2014 and have been in the mental health field since 1996 as a counselor working with teenagers, families, adults and couples. I have worked in a variety of different settings including the medical setting, group and private practices and in community mental health. I have extensive experience in assisting people with anxiety, depression, trauma responses, stress management and helping them live their most authentic and true self. I am a strong believer in treating each individual client and/or family with respect, compassion and honoring their journey toward wellness. I individually tailor each person's treatment plan to assist them in that process. The first step toward wellness is the hardest and takes bravery and courage and it is my honor to support you in that process.
