About me
As a therapist serving the state of Colorado, I specialize in anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, life transitions, and relationship issues and work with individuals, 18 and up, including those in the perinatal and queer communities.
I believe in fostering a safe space guided by my own brand of nurturing curiosity, humor, and compassion. I am a trauma-informed, justice-oriented and aligned therapist who believes that individual and collective healing happens hand-in-hand.
Clients who come to see me are ready for change, and they’re looking for a therapeutic relationship that feels safe, collaborative, affirming, and real. I believe healing happens through relationships, and I foster that responsibility as a clinician with passion and care.
In our sessions, I show up with presence and curiosity as we explore patterns, sit with struggle, and work toward meaningful change together. Anxiety, depression, stress management, life transitions, grief, and trauma are not only faced, but are safely processed using evidence-based therapies and practices such as mindfulness-based cognitive therapy (MBCT), vagus nerve exercises, and systemic exploration. Processing these life-debilitating experiences with these modalities helps us tap into the natural ability we have as humans to heal, integrate, and move forward.
My therapeutic relationship goals for my clients are for them to feel deeply supported, freedom from judgement, and the confidence of knowing that everything they've ever needed to live a life they are proud of is right there inside of themselves.
