About me
I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor who helps individuals, teens, and families navigate divorce, anxiety, and major life transitions through a compassionate, trauma-informed approach that integrates EMDR and somatic techniques for lasting growth and healing.
With over a decade of experience across settings like Children’s Hospital, addiction recovery programs, and adoption counseling, I specialize in helping individuals and families navigate life’s toughest transitions. Whether you’re an individual navigating life after divorce, a teen struggling to find balance, or a parent seeking support for your family, I’m here to walk with you on your journey toward growth and emotional well-being.
My work focuses on supporting both men and women navigating divorce, as well as adolescents facing challenges like school refusal, anxiety, and technology dependence. I integrate EMDR and somatic techniques to help clients process trauma at the nervous system level, fostering emotional regulation, resilience, and deeper self-understanding.
Parenting, divorce, and personal transitions can feel overwhelming — but you don’t have to navigate them alone. My goal is to create a compassionate, collaborative space where clients can process, heal, and move forward with clarity and confidence.
