About me
I am a trauma‑informed therapist and author who helps people navigate identity, anxiety, and the pressures that shape their lives.
I am a humanistic therapist, Certified Trauma Professional (CTP), Certified Anxiety Informed Professional (CAIP), and author who is committed to helping people understand themselves with compassion and honesty. My work is shaped by years in community mental health, crisis services, and outpatient therapy, along with my own lived experience of burnout and identity loss. I believe people carry far more pressure than they talk about, and many have learned to survive by hiding their needs, pushing past their limits, or becoming the strong one for everyone else.
I offer a grounded and culturally responsive space where clients can slow down, explore the weight they have been carrying, and reconnect with the parts of themselves they have had to silence in order to cope. My approach blends clinical training with real human understanding. I help clients work through anxiety, burnout, identity struggles, trauma, and the quiet battles that often go unnoticed.
My work as an author supports my clinical work by giving me another way to explore identity, belonging, and the emotional realities people face. Writing allows me to bring clarity and language to experiences that are often hard to name, and I bring that same clarity into the therapy room. My goal is to help clients feel seen, understood, and supported as they move toward a more grounded and sustainable way of being themselves in the world.
