About me
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) dedicated to supporting individuals and families through life’s challenges. I work collaboratively with clients to navigate emotional pain, mental health concerns, and life transitions.
I provide therapy for adolescents (12–17), young adults, older adults. I address anxiety, depression, PTSD, grief, substance use, caregiver burnout, identity development, self-esteem, and LGBTQIA+ support. Using evidence-based and strengths-based interventions such as CBT, DBT, ACT, Motivational Interviewing, and strengths-based therapy, I guide clients toward growth, healing, and meaningful change in partnership.
