I am Dr. Claudia Porter-Lawrence, DNP, APRN, PMHNP-BC, a U.S. Army Reserve Veteran providing compassionate, evidence-based psychiatric care and personalized treatment that includes medication management, supportive therapy, and pharmacogenomic testing to help adults manage anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma-related symptoms, mood concerns, and sleep difficulties.

I’m Dr. Claudia Porter-Lawrence, DNP, APRN, PMHNP-BC, a U.S. Army Reserve Veteran and board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner who leads mental health services at Porter Elite Care Services in Stuart, Florida. I provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluation, diagnosis, and ongoing treatment support for individuals navigating a wide range of mental health concerns. Appointments are available in-person and via telehealth, with flexible scheduling Monday through Saturday, and limited home visits when clinically appropriate and needed.

My care is patient-centered and individualized. I take time to understand your symptoms, history, goals, and day-to-day challenges so we can create a treatment plan that feels clear, practical, and tailored to you. My services include medication management and supportive talk therapy, using evidence-based approaches to help reduce symptoms, strengthen coping skills, and support long-term stability and wellness.

I also offer pharmacogenomic (gene) testing to help guide medication selection. This can provide additional insight into how your body may process certain psychiatric medications, with the goal of improving precision in treatment and reducing unnecessary trial-and-error.
