Hi, I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a deep belief that everyone has the capacity for growth, healing, and connection. My goal is to help people reconnect with their inner kindness and courage—especially during life’s tough moments. I bring practical tools and compassionate support to empower you to live more fully, with clarity and confidence.
I am passionate about supporting individuals through life’s challenges with empathy and understanding. With extensive experience working with Substance Use, HIV, LGBTQ+, first-gen college students and working professionals. I also focus on supporting women in navigating the challenges they face—whether that be in relationship, work, or self-empowerment.
I became a therapist because I truly believe in the strength and resilience people carry—often without even realizing it. Life can be incredibly hard, and none of us are meant to go through it alone. I've seen how powerful it can be when someone has a safe, supportive space to be heard, understood, and accepted just as they are.
