You don’t have to explain everything perfectly for therapy to work here. I specialize in anxiety, depression, postpartum experiences, and identity/self-esteem concerns. We slow things down, make sense of what’s happening, and build something steadier together.
I have 10 years of experience providing therapy for adolescents and adults. I want to focus on building solutions to your problems instead of focusing solely on them. Therapy with me is collaborative, grounded, and real.
Therapy with me is a steady, collaborative space where you don’t have to perform, explain everything perfectly, or “be okay” to begin. You will always feel safe and comfortable and never need to shrink parts of your experience down for me to help you.
